
Plant Based Baking course
Ever wondered how to make plant based bakes like scones, cakes and muffins? Looking at how to cut eggs or dairy from your baking or just curious about learning some new baking skills?
Join Donna, the Eco Savvy Zero Waste Cafe cook (and baker extraordinaire), for a 6 week Introduction to Plant Based Baking starting on Monday 29th April at 4.30pm at Arran High School. This 6 week course will build your confidence in plant based baking, introduce alternative ingredients and will also be an opportunity to explore plant based versions of your favourite recipes!
To register please email jess@arranecosavvy.org.uk. We suggest a donation of £3 per session to cover ingredient costs though the course is free for all to attend. Spaces are limited and available on a first come first serve basis.
